February Speaker

What is a Ball Python you ask?

Not too big, not too small, non venomous, a gentle disposition, and with the limitless colors and patterns being produced each year, it’s almost overwhelming trying to imagine what the diverse variations will be developed into.

We have been keeping Reptlies for over a decade now, and the Ball Python phenomenon has grown into a thriving industry.

Join me on the 14th of February for a Q & A on these fascinating snakes.

Spring Auction Success!

I would like to thank everyone for coming out to our auction on Sat. March 17.  It was a great success.  Events like this are not possible without a lot of help from everyone.  Thank you to all that participated in helping us out.

Spring Auction – Same venue, different day!

The Spring Auction is approaching, and we are gearing up!

This year, the auction will take place Saturday (NOT Sunday), March 17 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 551.

In addition to the change from a Sunday to the Saturday, we want to remind you of a few differences from our previous auctions:

  • with HST in effect, there will be no sales tax charged

  • we now accept lightly used equipment, including tanks up to 40 gal (if you can’t carry it in by yourself, don’t bring it!).  All equipment must be in working order

For more details, check out our Spring Auction page.  Don’t forget to get your seller’s number in advance by contacting Albert (
